DESERT PHOTOGRAPHY: The Anza-Borrego Foundation's Institute will host a three-day desert photography workshop from Friday through Nov. 8 in Borrego Springs. The two-part program, which has a second session March 12-14, is for beginner and advanced photographers. The class is $325 and includes 18 hours of instruction; participants will provide their own food, lodging and transportation, and should have a single-lens reflex camera with the capability of interchangeable lenses.
